Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20/08/2026
MAS Amanah is independently operated by its owner. This Privacy Notice explains how information is handled through the public website and secure portal.
Information we process
Public information pages may be viewed without creating an account. The hosting service may maintain limited technical logs, including IP addresses, for security, maintenance and troubleshooting.
For authorised portal users, MAS Amanah may process names, mobile numbers, email addresses, account roles, property or plot information, agreements, invoices, payments, receipts, credits, messages, requests, approvals and related administrative records.
When someone attempts to sign in, the system may record the login identifier, IP address, time, login result and browser or device information. This helps protect accounts, limit repeated failed attempts and investigate suspected misuse.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure portal services; maintain resident, property and account records; process and reconcile payments; send account notifications; manage requests and approvals; maintain accounting, security and audit records; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information may be provided where necessary to authorised Waqf personnel and service providers such as the hosting company, email provider and Safaricom M-PESA. It may also be disclosed where required by law. MAS Amanah does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, accounting, payments, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, payment, security or legal reasons. Contact info@masamanah.com.

The portal uses essential session cookies required for secure sign-in and operation. It does not currently use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies.
